Ivana Bodrožić, Sandra Švaljek, Antonija Blaće, Mia Kovačić and many other inspiring names are coming to Rijeka.
Women’s Weekend is taking place from March 5 to 8, when Rijeka transforms into a hub of inspiring conversations, powerful stories and an exceptional atmosphere.

The programme combines panels, workshops and evening gatherings, blurring the line between conference and festival while creating a space for both professional and personal discussions — all with a dose of great humour.
Unfiltered conversations: panels opening important topics
The panel “Do Men Know Everything About Sex?” approaches vulnerability, expectations and the dynamics of modern relationships with humour and openness, also touching on the role of vibrators — not as competition, but as allies within partnerships. Luka Matutinović, Marketing Director at LELO, Ognjen Bagatin, manager of Futura Medical Group, and Dražen Klarić, Editor-in-Chief of Večernji list, joined by moderator Dr Petra Kejla, will open an honest conversation about myths, insecurities and communication in intimate relationships.

Has gossip really disappeared, or has it simply moved to direct messages? The panel “Gossip Is Dead! Or Has It Just Moved to DMs?” gathers communication experts Mate Rončević, Davor Grgin, Ranko Vučinić and Ružica Soldo, who, together with moderator Antonija Blaće, will explore how social media has transformed the way we share information, build reputations and communicate.

“No Filter with Ida: Stand Up!”, powered by L’Oréal Paris, brings the recognizable format of Ida Prester’s popular series. Writer Ivana Bodrožić, SOLIDARNA Foundation Executive Manager Karla Pudar and TV host Mia Kovačić will discuss street harassment and ways to stand up against it. Alongside the panel, the workshop “STAND UP – Against Street Harassment”, organised by the SOLIDARNA Foundation and L’Oréal Paris, will provide participants with practical tools for safely responding to harassment situations. Applications are available via the link.

How to make smart financial decisions in times of unstable markets will be the focus of the panel “What Do (and Don’t) We Know About Investing? How Women Shape Long-Term Financial Security.” Dr Sandra Švaljek and Dr Eva Horvat, moderated by Ilija Jandrić, will discuss saving, investing and long-term financial literacy and security.
Workshops turning knowledge into experience
Alongside the panels, Women’s Weekend offers a series of workshops designed to provide participants with new knowledge and hands-on experiences.
How much do you really know about money? The Moneterra Club Quiz hosted by Morana Zibar turns finance into an entertaining competition filled with witty questions and a lively atmosphere. Financial and technology topics continue with the workshop “How to Prepare for a Conversation with Your Bank,” powered by Nexi & PBZ, offering insights into financing approaches and modern payment trends, as well as “AI for Female Leaders – Recognising AI Opportunities and Preparing Organisations for Change,” powered by CROZ, focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence in business.

Friday at Women’s Weekend begins actively with a Boxing Class led by Meri Goldašić and Goran Borović at the Vichy Health Club, located at Hilton Costabella Resort Rijeka. Registration is available via the link. Saturday morning at Vichy Health Club is reserved for a Stretch Class with Margi Goleš – a relaxing reset and the perfect start to the festival’s final day. Applications are available via the link.

Daytime conversations, evening gatherings and a true festival atmosphere
Women’s Weekend traditionally connects its daytime programme with vibrant evening events, and this year Rijeka will once again be filled with great energy, top music and an unforgettable festival atmosphere.
The festival opened with the Welcome Party by Stiluetta at Hilton Costabella Rijeka Spa & Beach Resort on Thursday, March 5. The following evening programme moved to Pogon kulture, where popular singer ToMa was joined on stage by special guest — young actress and singer Ružica Maurus, who recently released her debut single Rano duboka. Together, they will perform both local and international hits, creating an evening filled with dance, music and great vibes.

With powerful conversations, practical workshops and an evening programme that blends networking, music and socialising, Women’s Weekend once again confirms its unique combination of inspiration, idea exchange and positive energy. Over three days, Rijeka becomes a place of new encounters, conversations and connections that continue long after the festival ends.
The full programme of the fourth edition of Women’s Weekend, along with tickets, is available on the festival’s official website, while the latest updates can be followed via official Instagramu, Facebooku i LinkedInu.
