Connected Algeria 2025 is an international event promoting digital transformation and innovation organised by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. During two days April 7-8 the event gathered together digital experts, investors, global leaders, policy makers from all over the world all on one place to further connect within the tech community.
The International editor-in-chief Vanja Kavčić was the only media representative from Slovenia who got the opportunity to be participate in the event and she has a lot to share from Algiers, the capital of Algeria.
Algeria is fast tracking throught digitalization and accelerating the nation’s transition towards a competitive, digitally-driven economy. The spotlight was put on the Vision 2029 where they want to see Algeria as a key player with world-class fibre-optic connectivity, a dynamic talent pool, and a thriving tech ecosystem, the country is on the path to becoming a hub for innovation and investment.
