Salon Sauvignon highlights the exceptional sauvignon-growing region spanning Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia, and has been presenting it for twelve years in the charismatic Dominican Monastery in Ptuj.
The festival unites wine, cuisine, and art, and this year expands to Ljubljana’s Križanke, featuring a culinary program by Janez Bratovž and a concert by Marko Hatlak. The event offers a unique experience of top sauvignons and outstanding Slovenian culture.
